Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional consultations on makeup, skincare and fragrance in accordance with Sephora service standards; maintain high hygiene and safety compliance during all customer interactions.
  • Greet and serve customers to company appearance and uniform standards; identify client needs, recommend products and convert consultations into sales to meet store KPIs and targets.
  • Operate the cash register and complete transactions following cashiering SOPs and promotional rules; adhere strictly to CRM and loss-prevention policies.
  • Execute visual merchandising and replenishment within assigned areas: maintain shelf presentation, cleanliness, tester hygiene and execute quarterly promotional displays.
  • Manage stock processes including receiving, returns and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy; apply FIFO and near-expiry controls and maintain warehouse 5S standards.
  • Complete required brand and company training, participate in in-store learning and share product knowledge with peers; develop a personal progression plan aligned with store pathways.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by store management and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in cosmetology/beauty is a plus.
