Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations in line with Sephora service standards to maximise customer satisfaction and conversion.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to team KPI attainment through active selling, product recommendations and upselling.
  • Complete point-of-sale transactions accurately, adhere to CRM procedures and follow promotional and gifting policies.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and product displays within assigned areas to Sephora visual standards; execute quarterly promotional fixtures.
  • Perform stock operations including receiving, returns and cycle counts; enforce FIFO and near‑expiry product controls to minimise shrinkage.
  • Uphold hygiene and sanitation protocols for testers and workstations; report merchandising or product issues to store management.
  • Participate in mandatory training programmes, share product knowledge with colleagues and follow an individual development plan.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by store management to support daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Passion for cosmetics, skincare and fragrance, and a strong interest in fashion and beauty trends.
  • Customer‑centric attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive mindset and openness to coaching and ongoing training.
  • Team player with a positive, service-oriented demeanour and professional presentation.
  • Basic numeracy and the ability to follow POS and CRM procedures accurately.

Experience

Entry-level position; previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with 0–2 years' experience in cosmetics, skincare or luxury retail are encouraged to apply.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology/beauty is advantageous.
