Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, providing consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Perform cashier duties following standard operating procedures and cash handling processes.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
