Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and drive confidence
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of skincare, makeup and fragrance to educate and upsell clients
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organised sales floor
- Provide exceptional customer service during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends and holidays) and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive store culture
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing environments preferred
- Passion for beauty trends, product knowledge and customer empowerment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts and peak retail periods; punctuality and consistent attendance
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Experience
Entry‑level role; previous retail or hospitality experience preferred. Candidate must demonstrate customer service aptitude and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
