Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-on-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Proactively stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed individual KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
  • Support merchandising, inventory replenishment and loss-prevention to maintain a polished, organized sales floor.
  • Maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
  • Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holiday periods; ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment with demonstrable customer service ability.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clients.
  • Collaborative team player with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods during shifts.
  • Availability to work required shifts within the posted weekly hours and during peak retail periods.

Experience
