Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
- Keep current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming client experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience with demonstrated customer-service skills preferred.
- Passion for beauty, product knowledge and an interest in staying current with industry trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong client relationships.
- Reliable availability for retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environments is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
