Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to each client.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Drive sales through achievement of individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory, merchandising and stock replenishment to maintain an attractive, organized sales floor.
- Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a proven ability to deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty and an interest in staying current with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-driven environment and adapt quickly to new products and techniques.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Experience
Entry-level candidates accepted; previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client-focused roles is preferred but not mandatory for consideration.
