Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to each client.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Drive sales through achievement of individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory, merchandising and stock replenishment to maintain an attractive, organized sales floor.
  • Maintain store presentation standards, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a proven ability to deliver excellent service.
  • Passion for beauty and an interest in staying current with industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-driven environment and adapt quickly to new products and techniques.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Entry-level candidates accepted; previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client-focused roles is preferred but not mandatory for consideration.
