Sephora in Centennial, CO is hiring a Part-Time Beauty Advisor at Streets at South Glenn to deliver personalised beauty consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance routines.
- Maintain awareness of beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide current, relevant advice.
- Drive sales and exceed store KPIs through consultative selling and relationship-building.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and ensure a clean, organised and welcoming retail environment.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team atmosphere and model Sephora’s standards and policies.
- Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or client-facing roles preferred; ability to build strong client relationships.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident, polished presence on the sales floor.
- Team-oriented mindset with a results-driven attitude and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work peak retail hours.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build client relationships is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
