Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations and tailored product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen strategies.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding store KPIs and individual performance targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, inviting retail environment.

Qualifications
