Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
  • Educate and empower clients by demonstrating product usage, benefits and application techniques.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and brand assortments to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store targets.
  • Support merchandising, inventory tasks and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized and inviting retail environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
  • Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty, product-driven curiosity and an interest in current trends and techniques.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment and adapt quickly to new product information.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
