The Beauty Advisor at Sephora in Cedar Hill provides personalized beauty consultations, expert product recommendations, and trend-led advice while supporting sales goals, inventory, merchandising, and an inclusive store environment. This part-time Flex role offers non-guaranteed hours, with 4–14 hours per week as needed; availability for peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise by sharing knowledge that educates and empowers clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
