Sephora is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor in Castle Rock, Colorado, to provide personalized beauty consultations, product recommendations, and expert product guidance while supporting sales goals, merchandising, inventory, and an inclusive store environment. The role is permanent, with part-time scheduling of 15–29 hours per week, and pays $19.80–$22.90 per hour depending on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay informed about current beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work to exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
