Sephora Castle Rock, CO is hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor. Join a client-focused team delivering personalised beauty consultations ($19.80–$22.90/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised in-store consultations and product recommendations that address individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and educate clients on applications, ingredients and routines to empower their beauty choices.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory counts and replenishment, and ensure the salesfloor is clean, organised and inviting.
- Remain current on beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date guidance.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold Sephora’s policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays), and demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and client education with a desire to personalise the shopping experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in goal-oriented environments and adapts quickly to new product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability for part-time scheduling including nights, weekends and holiday shifts.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; previous retail or hospitality experience preferred with demonstrated ability to develop strong client relationships and meet sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Cosmetology, esthetics, or beauty-related certifications are a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
