Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate product expertise by educating clients on the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while maintaining a client-focused approach
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
