Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and ensure a unique, memorable shopping experience through attentive listening and expert product recommendations
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations tailored to individual client needs and product categories
- Support the store manager and beauty specialists in daily operational activities and stock management
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives including sales budgets and targets, adapting to strategic changes as required
- Manage warehouse organization and handle product deliveries efficiently

Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar sales or beauty advisory roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) in dynamic multinational retail environments
- Understanding of key retail KPI metrics
- Secondary school diploma
- Fluent English; French language skills preferred
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to operational changes
