Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience, making them feel pampered and well-advised.
- Offer personalized consultations based on customer needs and product types.
- Support the store manager and specialists in daily operations.
- Actively contribute to achieving store targets and adapt to strategic changes.
- Manage inventory and deliveries efficiently.
- Foster a strong team spirit and create a positive working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Understanding of key retail KPIs.
- High school diploma.
- Good command of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
