Sephora seeks a passionate Beauty Advisor to join its Cartagena boutique on a part-time, temporary basis. The role entails welcoming customers, assessing their beauty needs, and recommending products from Sephora's carefully curated selection of over 500 prestigious brands, as well as Sephora Collection. The successful candidate will cultivate product expertise across fragrancies, cosmetics, skincare, and haircare whilst ensuring each customer discovers solutions aligned with their individual beauty goals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assess their beauty needs through active listening and consultative questioning
- Recommend beauty products across fragrances, cosmetics, skincare, and haircare categories from Sephora's curated portfolio of over 500 brands
- Develop and demonstrate product knowledge across the perfumery and cosmetics market
- Build customer loyalty through personalized service and follow-up interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by translating their beauty aspirations into tailored product solutions
- Maintain a dynamic and welcoming retail environment on the shop floor
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of professional experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail sector
- Proven track record of customer-facing service excellence
- Genuine passion for beauty, fragrance, and cosmetics
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- High level of English or additional languages preferred

Experience
Minimum one year of professional experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or customer-facing luxury retail roles. Foundational understanding of the fragrance and cosmetics market is expected.
Education
