Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Cartagena store. Part-time, temporary role in prestige beauty retail with growth opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients on beauty products and services, tailoring recommendations to individual needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, including 500+ prestige brands and Sephora Collection
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering loyalty through attentive, personalized service
- Assist clients in discovering products that align with their beauty goals and personal values
- Support the store in achieving sales targets and expansion objectives
- Participate in team initiatives to create memorable customer experiences both in-store and online
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail sector
- Demonstrated passion for beauty and skincare
- Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele
- Residency in Murcia province or nearby area
