Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Cartagena, Spain. Join Sephora to advise clients, drive sales and develop product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service: welcome clients, assess needs, provide personalised advice and build long-term loyalty.
- Drive sales and meet individual and store KPIs through expert product recommendations and consultative selling.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across fragrance, makeup, skincare and haircare and communicate benefits clearly to clients.
- Execute merchandising, stock replenishment and visual standards to preserve brand presentation on the sales floor.
- Operate POS, handle transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Participate in onboarding, trainings and promotional events to elevate service standards and product expertise.
- Record client information and follow up to develop repeat business and support CRM initiatives.
Qualifications
- Residence within the province of the vacancy (Cartagena/Murcia).
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the beauty or cosmetics retail sector.
- Demonstrable customer-service vocation and experience in client-facing roles.
- Fluent English required; Spanish fluency essential for local customer interaction; additional languages are an advantage.
- Passion for beauty products and trends, with a commitment to continuous learning.

Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience in the beauty or cosmetics retail sector, demonstrating sales results and strong client service behaviour.
Education
No specific formal education required; secondary education or vocational training in beauty/cosmetics is advantageous.
