Sephora is hiring a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor in Canutillo, TX — deliver personalized beauty consultations and drive sales at $16.60–$19.30/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding daily and weekly KPIs and conversion targets.
  • Support store presentation, merchandising, inventory accuracy and visual standards to maintain an inviting shopping environment.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture, collaborating with colleagues to create a welcoming client experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures to ensure a safe and compliant retail environment.
  • Maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet the required minimum number of scheduled hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience providing excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment is preferred.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and product education with an aptitude for advising diverse clients.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport quickly.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality with flexibility for peak retail hours.
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 19.30 per hour.
