Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one, personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and technique to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Maintain awareness of beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement, upselling and cross-selling.
- Support merchandising, stock replenishment and inventory accuracy to ensure a tidy, on-brand salesfloor.
- Ensure a welcoming, inclusive and safe retail experience by adhering to Sephora policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Previous client-facing retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Passion for beauty, product trends and confidence-building client interactions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset.
- Reliable availability for required shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Entry-level: prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
