Sephora in Canton, OH is hiring a Part-Time Beauty Advisor—$18–$23/hr. Deliver personalized beauty consultations at Belden Village Mall.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet client needs and goals.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and beauty tools and educate clients on application and benefits.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and inviting store environment.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold Sephora’s service and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented, inclusive team.
  • Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays and adherence to scheduled shift requirements.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
