Sephora Canada — Beauty Advisor (Full‑time) in Calgary, AB. Hourly role delivering personalised consultations and driving retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to build long‑term loyalty.
  • Remain current on beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant and inspiring advice.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs and participating in promotional initiatives.
  • Support merchandising, inventory control and replenishment to maintain an attractive, well‑stocked selling floor.
  • Ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment that meets Sephora Canada operational and visual standards.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, team‑oriented culture through collaboration, punctuality and reliability.
  • Work flexible schedules to cover peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous client‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a related service environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Passion for beauty products, trends and an eagerness to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; proven team player.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine retail duties reliably.

Experience
