Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.

  • Drive sales results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in providing excellent service and developing strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.

Skills

Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
