Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Demonstrate extensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to offer relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Adhere to company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments with a proven ability to deliver excellent service.
- A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service environments.
