Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results while supporting Sephora's performance targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically welcoming retail environment through inventory and merchandising support

Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused service environment
