Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a unique and memorable shopping experience by welcoming and assisting customers.
- Offer personalized consultations tailored to individual customer needs and product types.
- Support store management and specialists in daily operations.
- Actively contribute to achieving store targets and adapting to strategic changes.
- Manage inventory and deliveries efficiently.
- Foster a strong team spirit and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Understanding of key retail KPIs.
- High school diploma.
