Sephora seeks a temporary Beauty Advisor (part-time) in Cádiz, Spain to deliver beauty advice and customer service at El Corte Inglés.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and expert product advice across makeup, skincare, fragrance and haircare categories.
- Conduct product demonstrations, make-up applications and skin consultations to drive conversion and basket growth.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, merchandising displays and stock levels according to brand guidelines.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and support daily store operations.
- Participate in initial onboarding, ongoing training sessions and store projects supporting local expansion plans.
- Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets while developing long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the beauty or cosmetics sector (retail, counter, or brand experience).
- Demonstrable customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
- Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Residency in the province of the vacancy (Cádiz) or ability to commute reliably.

Experience
At least 1 year of client-facing experience within the beauty, cosmetics or perfumery retail environment, with proven ability to advise customers and influence purchase decisions.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent preferred.
