Sephora seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Busnago store to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to store performance targets. The role combines personalized beauty consultations, inventory management, and team collaboration within a dynamic multinational retail environment. Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide personalized beauty consultations tailored to individual needs and product categories
- Support store director and beauty specialists in daily operational management
- Actively contribute to achievement of store targets and budget objectives while adapting to strategic changes
- Organize and manage inventory, warehouse stock, and deliveries
- Foster team spirit and collaboration among colleagues to create a positive in-store atmosphere
- Provide expert product recommendations and skincare guidance based on customer profile and preferences
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant
- Preferred background in dynamic multinational retail environments
- Upper secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of key retail commercial KPI metrics
- Strong English proficiency; French language skills are a plus

Entry-level to mid-career professionals with prior experience as a sales assistant, promoter, or beauty consultant in multinational retail environments are preferred; however, motivated individuals with strong customer-facing aptitude and passion for the beauty industry may also be considered.
