Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrate deep product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Monitor beauty trends and incorporate new techniques and launches into client advice and in-store services.
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and maintain a clean, organized and on-brand presentation of the sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold Sephora’s operational and safety standards.
- Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including peak retail hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with demonstrated service excellence.
- Genuine passion for beauty products, trends and client empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to selling.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly and translate it into client recommendations.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and maintain mobility on the sales floor.
