Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor at its Burlingame store to provide tailored beauty consultations, product recommendations and trend-led advice while supporting sales goals, inventory, merchandising and an inclusive shopping environment. The permanent role is part-time, with 15–29 hours per week; hourly pay is $22.60–$26.00, depending on qualifications, experience and other position- or location-specific factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Keep up with current beauty products, techniques and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work toward exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the minimum required number of weekly shifts and hours.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
