Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and product benefits
- Stay current with beauty trends, products, and innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through consultative selling
