Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Burgos, Spain — temporary role delivering beauty consultations and supporting in-store sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to drive client satisfaction and sales.
  • Operate the point-of-sale and manage transactions, returns and client data with accuracy and discretion.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, stock presentation and product replenishment to uphold brand image.
  • Participate in store onboarding, local retail initiatives and expansion projects as required by management.
  • Contribute to a welcoming, diverse store environment and collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics or related client-facing roles.
  • Fluent spoken English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Demonstrable customer service vocation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Residence within the province of the vacancy (Burgos) and legal eligibility to work in Spain.

Experience
