Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge through hands-on demonstrations, application techniques and ingredient awareness.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client retention activities.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure the sales area is clean, organized and inviting.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to educate and inspire clients.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies and promote a safe, welcoming shopping environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing settings.

  • Availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; dependable attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.

Experience
