Sephora Bucharest (Feeria) seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor (6h/day) to deliver personalised client service and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑quality customer consultations and product demonstrations to each client.
- Promote Sephora’s product assortment and brand values with enthusiasm and professional integrity.
- Drive sales through a proactive, client‑focused approach and achievement of individual targets.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor to enhance the client experience.
- Participate actively in training sessions and continuous professional development.

Qualifications
- High school diploma (Baccalaureate) required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced retail environment; ability to work independently and within a team.
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
