Sephora seeks a Part-time Beauty Advisor (6h/day) at Sun Plaza, Bucharest — provide personalised beauty advice and help drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience through beauty consultations and product recommendations.
- Promote Sephora’s product assortment and brand values with enthusiasm and professional presence.
- Proactively contribute to achieving store sales targets through client advisory and up‑selling.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor and product presentation.
- Participate in mandatory training and continuous development activities to expand product and selling expertise.
- Foster a collaborative, positive team atmosphere and support colleagues during peak periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (Baccalaureate) — mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a client‑centric attitude.
- Positive, proactive mindset and solution orientation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is an advantage.

Entry‑level role; candidates without extensive retail experience are welcome. Prior experience in retail, beauty, sales or customer service is considered an advantage.
Education
High school diploma (Baccalaureate) required.
