Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
- Demonstrate expertise by educating and empowering clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay informed about new products, techniques, and beauty trends to offer relevant advice.
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators with support from Sephora Canada.
- Maintain a welcoming environment by managing stock, merchandising, and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships in a retail environment.
- Passion for beauty and trends with a confident demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to contribute to a team-oriented, goal-driven, and inclusive environment.
- Physical capability to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg.

Experience
Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.

Compensation
