Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and share knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Stay informed of the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant and current advice
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Maintain inventory, merchandising standards, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
