Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations and tailored product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines to build confidence and loyalty.
- Drive sales and meet store KPIs through consultative selling, add-on recommendations and follow-up clienteling.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, organised and inviting selling environment.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and competitor activity to provide timely, relevant advice.
- Foster an inclusive team environment and uphold Sephora’s brand standards, safety policies and customer service protocols.
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required weekly shift minimums and maintain punctual attendance.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience demonstrating excellent service and relationship building.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, goal-oriented attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and to share product information clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work standing for extended periods.
