Sephora in Broomall, PA seeks a part‑time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations and drive sales ($19.80–$26.00/hr).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized one‑on‑one consultations and product recommendations to meet client needs and build long‑term relationships.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual sales targets.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer service standards and safety policies.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and ensure punctuality; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Previous client‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a beauty environment preferred.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a goal‑driven approach to sales.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
