Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, benefits and ingredients.
  • Stay informed of beauty trends and new product launches to ensure up-to-date advice and recommendations.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual sales goals and contributing to store KPIs.
  • Support merchandising and inventory tasks to maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment consistent with Sephora standards and policies.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and contribute to a positive client experience.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, goal-driven team.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality and flexibility to work peak retail hours.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred and advantageous but not strictly required.
