Sephora Brisbane seeks seasonal retail assistant for November 2026–January 2027; $36.33/hr plus superannuation and loadings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire and support customers in discovering beauty products and solutions tailored to their individual needs
- Deliver expert product knowledge across all departments including beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness
- Educate customers on loyalty program features and benefits to drive engagement and retention
- Maintain product knowledge by observing emerging trends and learning new techniques through in-store training sessions
- Execute efficient multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment to support store operations
- Participate in cross-training initiatives and attend specialised beauty expert training sessions
- Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Support team operations during peak trading periods, including late-night and weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer-facing retail experience required
- Demonstrated passion for beauty and cosmetics industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a retail team environment
- Strong observational skills and attention to emerging beauty trends
- Full availability throughout November 2026 to January 2027 inclusive
- Availability to work key trading hours including Thursday to Sunday, late-night, weekends, and public holidays

Experience
Entry-level; previous retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred but not strictly required for candidates demonstrating exceptional customer service aptitude and genuine passion for the beauty industry.
