Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to build confidence and loyalty.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets and other KPI metrics through consultative selling and relationship building.
  • Support merchandising, inventory control and visual presentation; ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
  • Uphold company policies and safety procedures to create a secure and enjoyable shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively within an inclusive team environment to promote a culture of openness and belonging.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment, with a proactive interest in product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident in consultative selling.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
  • Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
