Sephora Canada — Beauty Advisor (Part-time) in Brandon, MB. Deliver expert beauty consultations, drive sales and support merchandising. Hourly pay CAD$16.80–19.75.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and relationship development.
  • Maintain store presentation standards by supporting merchandising, inventory management and housekeeping to ensure an inviting retail environment.
  • Keep abreast of beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide contemporary, relevant advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and supporting a welcoming client experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a service environment with demonstrable client relationship skills.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and product innovation.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clienteles.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and statutory holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 16.80 to CAD 19.75 per hour.
