Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, sampling and education that empower clients to make informed purchases.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs, contributing to conversion and average transaction value goals.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the sales floor is clean, organised and welcoming.
  • Promote an inclusive, client-centric environment and adhere to Sephora Canada policies to ensure a safe shopping experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays to meet peak retail demands and maintain reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Demonstrable passion for beauty, product knowledge and trends.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Collaborative team player who can work in a goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet the minimum weekly shift requirement for part-time roles.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
