Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and beauty goals.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on use and benefits.
  • Drive sales performance and exceed assigned KPIs through proactive client service and conversion.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
  • Stay current on beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, high-value advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold Sephora’s operational and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with demonstrable customer service skills.

  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to meet required weekly shift minimums for part-time schedules.
