Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with each client's needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise by educating and empowering clients throughout their beauty journeys
- Stay current with emerging beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant and timely advice
- Support store inventory management, merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through client engagement and product knowledge
