Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, products, and techniques to deliver relevant and timely advice
- Contribute to sales performance by exceeding established targets and key performance indicators
- Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming environment
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork by promoting openness and empowerment among colleagues
- Uphold Sephora standards by adhering to company policies and ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience providing excellent service and developing strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player in collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environments
- Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge efficiently
