Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise through in-store demonstrations, application techniques and education.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and techniques to ensure relevant client advice.
- Drive sales and key performance indicators by converting consultations into purchases and achieving individual targets.
- Support merchandising, inventory efforts and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized and visually appealing.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to create a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or similar environments (preferred).
- Passion for beauty, product trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative, goal-driven mindset.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; previous customer-facing retail or hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to provide attentive service and develop client relationships is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 19.30 per hour.
