Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Educate and empower clients through demonstration of product expertise and beauty knowledge
- Maintain awareness of current beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators
- Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, fostering an empowered and collaborative work environment
- Uphold Sephora standards by adhering to company policies and ensuring a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or similar client-focused environments
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends, and client empowerment
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

- Ability to quickly learn and effectively share product knowledge
